In the Post’s poll, about 38% said the nation’s level of vulnerability is unchanged from five years ago, while 43% said vulnerability has increased.
Herb Lin, senior research scholar for cyber policy and security at Stanford University, told the newspaper that the threat has probably grown faster than U.S. cyberdefenses.
