The cybersecurity company said in a Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) offering that it plans to raise as much as $100 million and trade under the symbol MCFE.
The filing follows a surge in software IPOs this year, highlighted so far by Snowlake and its recent $3.86 billion listing.
