Pichai said that a Geneva Convention equivalent is now necessary for regulating cyberattacks across borders.
Speaking in an interview at The Wall Street Journal’s Tech Live conference, Pichai said, “Governments on a multilateral basis…need to put it up higher on the agenda.”
