The deal is set to close in March, when Cengage CEO Michael Hansen plans to incorporate Infosec into his company’s ed2Go unit.
Founded in 2004, Infosec offers more than 1,400 online cybersecurity courses, and its roughly 100 employees will reportedly join Cengage’s 4,500-person staff.
