Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), who chairs the committee, said that the “incredibly significant and sophisticated” cyberattack took place more than 18 months ago and was the work of three hostile foreign actors.
Nadler said the committee found out in March about “the startling breadth and scope of the courts’ documents management system security failure.”
