Florida has the second-most reported data breach victims, followed by Texas, New York and Pennsylvania, according to the study.
The figures, which appear low based on other sources of data breach numbers, were based on online internet crime complaints collected by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Complaint Center.
