Slack Warns of Cyber Risk to Stock Price Ahead of IPO

As Slack prepares to go public, the workplace messaging platform has cautioned investors on how cyber attacks could threaten its share price. So reports IR Magazine.

In an SEC filing, Slack went into detail about the risks it faces from hackers, including state-sponsored actors. “Despite significant efforts to create security barriers to such threats, it is virtually impossible for us to entirely mitigate these risks,” the filing reads.
