Ex-Mossad Chief Calls Cybersecurity the World’s Top Threat

Cybersecurity “is the biggest threat that the free world, our planet, is dealing with these days,” said Tamir Pardo, the former director of the Mossad, Israel’s intelligence service. So reports CBS News.

Pardo ran the Mossad from 2011 to 2016 and has since founded his own cybersecurity firm, XM Cyber. In an interview, he called cyber attacks a “soft and silent nuclear weapon,” citing their relatively levels of expense and difficulty.
