Average Cyber Attack Costs Small Firms a Crippling $200,000

Digital security incidents are costing small businesses an average of $200,000, according to insurer Hiscox. So reports CNBC.

What’s more, 60% of these small enterprises go out of business within six months of a cyber attack. Small businesses are also getting hacked more frequently, the insurer said, with more than half sustaining a breach this year and four in 10 encountering multiple incidents.
