About 147 million U.S. consumers determined by Equifax to have had their personal data exposed in the cyberattack are members of the settlement class. That's according to the order issued by Judge Thomas Thrash of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The agreement includes a $77.5 million fee for the settlement class lawyers, plus $1.4 million in litigation expenses.
