Biden Names First National Cyber Director

President Joe Biden has named Chris Inglis, former deputy director of the National Security Agency, to the newly created role of national cyber director. So reports Politico.

hiring 1977803 640smallBiden also selected former NSA counterterrorism deputy director Jen Easterly to run the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

Inglis, who worked in the NSA under both Bush and Obama, has most recently been managing director at investment firm Paladin Capital Group.
