BetMGM Reveals Breach Exposing More Sports Bettors

Sports gambling company BetMGM said a May data breach led to unauthorized access of users’ personal information. So reports USA Today.

betmgmBetMGM didn’t specify the number of people affected in the incident, which it said it discovered in late November.

According to the company, among the types of data accessed were addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, hashed Social Security numbers, user ID and BetMGM transaction details.
