Uber Employee Details Leak in Ride Sharer’s Latest Breach

A fresh data breach at Uber has exposed email addresses and Microsoft directory information for more than 77,000 of the ride-sharing company’s employees, as well as other corporate information. So reports Bleeping Computer.

UberA threat actor posted the stolen data in a hacking forum after a cyber attack on Teqtivity, which provides asset management and tracking services for Uber.

Uber told Bleeping Computer the data leak was thought to be unconnected to a September data breach in which malicious actors accessed the company’s internal network.
