FAA on Meltdown: No Evidence of Cyberattack 

The Federal Aviation Administration’s computer failure that resulted in all U.S. flights being grounded for the first time since 9/11 was due to an engineer accidentally “replac[ing] one file with another” during routine maintenance, according to a senior official. So reports ABC News.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said that despite a lack of signs of a cyberattack, “we also are not going to rule that out until we have a clearer and better understanding of what's taking place.”
