IronNet, Startup Founded by Ex-Spy Chief, Shutters  

IronNet, a cybersecurity startup launched in 2014 by former National Security Agency Director Keith Alexander, has closed up shop. So reports TechCrunch.

ironnetIronNet’s president and chief financial officer, Cameron Pforr, said in a regulatory filing that the company was headed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Founded in the wake of former NSA contractor Edward Snowden’s government leaks, IronNet raised more than $400 million and its previous clients included Thomson Reuters.
