Okta Reveals Data Breach Wider Than Initially Disclosed

Identity management company Okta has told customers in a letter that information for all of its customer support users was exfiltrated in a recent data breach. So reports CNBC.

oktaOkta confirmed the breach in December but said at the time that only about 130 clients were affected.

The latest disclosure, which was accompanied by a blog post and SEC filing, came as the company posted third-quarter earnings that beat analyst forecasts.
