India to Require Cybersecurity Steps for Power Grid

India’s Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has posted draft rules that will force the country’s electricity grid operators to implement firewalls and other cybersecurity precautions. So reports Bloomberg.

Regulators and grid operators will also be required to have a continuity plan ready in case of a cyberattack.
