Apple Admits iPhone, iPad Security Loophole

Apple has confirmed a security flaw affecting the Mail app on its iPhones and iPads, and the company says a fix is on the way. So reports Reuters.

smartphone 1894723 640small The bug may have allowed hackers to steal data from more than half a billion iPhones for years.

Cybersecurity firm ZecOps said it uncovered indications that at least six security incidents may have taken advantage of the glitch.
