Password Attacks Surge to 921 Per Second: Microsoft  

The quantity of password attacks has increased 74% since last year to an estimated 921 attacks every second, according to a study by Microsoft. So reports CNBC.

Joy Chik, Microsoft’s vice president of identity, has written, “As long as passwords are still part of the equation, they’re vulnerable.”
