Luxury Fashion Brand Moncler Admits Data Breach  

Italian luxury fashion behemoth Moncler has acknowledged that a previously announced malware attack resulted in a data breach, after files stolen by the AlphV/BlackCat ransomware group in December were posted on the dark web. So reports Bleeping Computer.

MonclerMoncler told Bleeping Computer in a statement that the ransomware group had leaked some data related to its employees, vendors and customers.

In a statement, the company said, “With regard to information linked to customers, the company informs that no data relating to credit cards or other means of payment have been exfiltrated, as the company does not store such data on its systems.”
