The image was shared by the U.S. State Department’s Rewards for Justice program, which said it was offering as much as $10 million for details pertaining to Target and four others suspected to be high-ranking Conti operatives.
The initiative announced, too, that it would pay as much as $5 million “for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of any individual in any country conspiring to participate in or attempting to participate in a Conti variant ransomware incident.”
