Phishing Campaign Hits Twilio and Cloudflare

Security-sensitive companies Twilio and Cloudflare have each acknowledged falling prey to a sophisticated phishing attack. So reports Ars Technica.

TwilioDigital communication services provider Twilio said that hackers accessed customer data after tricking employees into sharing their login credentials.

Content delivery network Cloudflare said that while the phishing scam duped three of its employees, the company’s reliance on hard keys for multi-factor authentication kept its systems from being breached.
