LastPass Suffers Breach Exposing Customer Data

Password management company LastPass has revealed that hackers managed to “gain access to certain elements” of “customers’ information” after accessing a third-party cloud storage service. So reports The Verge.

lastpassLastPass CEO Karim Toubba said that users’ passwords were not exposed but did not clarify what information was exposed or how many customers were affected.

LastPass recently acknowledged that hackers stole some of its source code earlier this year.
