Yum! Brands Employees Sue Over Ransomware Incident  

Yum! Brands has disclosed that the fast-food chain giant has been hit with several proposed class action lawsuits on behalf of current and former employees stemming from a January ransomware attack. So reports Cybersecurity Dive.

Yum BrandsThe allegations include privacy violations, according to a government filing by the KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut parent.

Yum shuttered almost 300 UK locations for a day due to the January 13 incident.
