CISA Makes First Overhaul of 2020 Ransomware Guide

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has updated its #StopRansomware guide for the first time after its publication in 2020. So reports Cybersecurity Dive.

CISAThe updated version of the guide was co-authored by the FBI and the National Security Agency, along with the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center.

The revamp reflects changes in ransomware over the past few years, such as “ransomware as a service” models that ease attacks by unsophisticated threat actors.
