Colorado Becomes Third State to Pass Data Privacy Law

Colorado lawmakers have passed the Colorado Privacy Act, making the state the third to enact legislation protecting consumer data. So reports The Colorado Sun.

At press time, the bill was still pending a signature from Gov. Jared Polis.
