Michigan Launches One-of-a-kind Cyber Program

The State of Michigan has launched the world’s first “comprehensive state-level approach to cyber” initiative, said Jeremy Hendges, the state’s Talent and Economic Development Department Interim Director. So reports a Fox47 News.

The state’s cybersecurity industry has recently enjoyed a period of strong growth and is ranked third by Business Facilities for its “growth potential." Michigan is planning to fill more than 270,000 computer science and information technology job openings through 2024.
