U.S., China, Russia Among Those Not Signed Onto 'Paris Call'

French President Emmanuel Macron said an international cybersecurity agreement has signatories from 50 nations, 90 charities and 130 private sector organizations. So reports Axios.

However, Russia, China and the U.S. are not signed onto The Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace. The agreement, which calls for promoting human rights, fighting election hacking and preventing the theft of intellectual property, among other things, does not call for any specific legislation. Australia, Iran and North Korea also declined to sign onto the accord.
