Morley Companies, a service provider to dozens of Fortune 500 organizations, has revealed that the sensitive information of more than 500,00 people was exposed following a ransomware attack last year. So reports ZDNet.
The company said the attack started on August 1 but declined to comment to ZDNet about the timing of the recent disclosure.
Morley said the leak affected “current employees, former employees and various clients” and included Social Security numbers.
